When Kerri founded the company in 2003, she wanted to create a real estate experience that was different from the rest. She wanted to focus on YOU first, your needs as a client, your needs as a homeowner. She has created a team that strives every day to peel back the challenges and make the home buying and selling process a grand experience for you!
We are strategically based in Plano so that we can effectively serve the majority of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. We have the expertise and commitment to guide and support you throughout the entire buying or selling experience (and after!). Real estate is our passion, and our team is devoted to making your journey in real estate an amazing experience.

Kerri Rushing, Broker/Owner
Kerri is the Founder, Broker, and Owner of Grand Realty Services. She has been active in real estate for over 20 years, and she currently specializes in luxury residential and commercial transactions. She manages the entire team of agents/staff and is a Top Producer in her own right, having closed over $100 million in transactions!
Kerri was born into the world of real estate, as the daughter of a residential/commercial builder and architect. She has been around land, homes, design, and construction her entire life and it shows with her tremendous knowledge. No matter your need, no matter your question, she will have the answer at her fingertips!
Kerri is a longtime Plano resident, mother, and wife who loves nothing more than to give her family the very best. Aside from her family and real estate, her other guilty pleasure is interior design. On any given night, you can catch her binge watching HGTV, going back and forth between praising and questioning the design and real estate suggestions of the TV experts!
Kerri is a member of CCAR and her certifications include GRI, ABR, Realtor®, and Broker.
Ronnie Rushing, Partner/Co-Owner
Ronnie is Partner/Co-Owner of Grand Realty Services and serves as the office manager and as an active Realtor® on the team, while also spearheading our Marketing efforts. Ronnie has a diverse background that includes marketing, financial analysis, management, and even product development in the high tech world (he started his career as an engineer!).
As an agent Ronnie focuses on Plano and the surrounding Collin County area, spending the majority of his time working with Buyers. In particular, he loves to help first time buyers purchase and move into their first home!
When not transacting real estate, Ronnie tries to keep up with his loving wife, Kerri (see above) and sneak in some sports viewing (okay, A LOT of sports viewing). He’s a big fan of the Mavericks and FC-Dallas, though he’ll never give up his home town LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints! He can still cheer for the Cowboys, though, right?
Ronnie is a Realtor® and member of CCAR. He holds an MBA degree from UT-Dallas and an engineering degree from Louisiana State University.
